The Hawks Boys Volleyball Team ended their second varsity season — the first as a Division I team — with a 10-16 record. Although they ended with a 2-7 conference record, they were able to advance to the second level of the WIAA Division I playoffs, where they were defeated by Burlington.

“The team did really well this year compared to last year, where we didn’t do as well but this year we were able to come out and took a playoff game away from Tremper,” said Paul Eggers, a General Studies senior. Many of the team’s members believe that the most significant part of the season was being able to sweep Tremper High School. “The best part of the season I had was beating Tremper,” said Louis Nixon, a General Studies junior.
