So you’re on Skype, talking to a friend and your friend mentions your not so sharp looking video and sound quality. You brush it off and change the topic. After your call, the comment about your poor video and audio rings in your head. You need to get something new and the Senz3D is just the thing. The Senz3D is a 720p HD webcam with dual-array microphone that has noise-reduction and echo-cancellation abilities.

Not only is this a great camera and microphone, it’s a new way to work and use your computer. The Senz3D can detect hand and head movements, so detailed it can even pick up the contours of your face. And in doing this you can do so many things. You can log onto any website without using a password because it can recognize your face.

Another amazing feature is its speech recognition that lets you type by the sound of your voice. But that’s not all, the Senz3D is also contributing to a new way of gaming. The webcam comes with four games. One of the games being Kung Pow Kevin, which is a game that consists of Kung Pow Kevin saving his world with his Klap-Chi moves (pictured below). The creators of Portal 2 have made a Perceptual Pack that uses your hand motions and voice commands to play. This will be free to download with the purchase of the webcam.

The Senz3D will work with Windows 7 and 8. This technology is spreading fast and being built into many new generations of computers like Intel’s Computex 2013. This advanced webcam costs about $178, so why not treat yourself and get something that’s more than the basics?
