The girls tennis team looks to build off an impressive campaign last year with another one this year. They are only losing senior graduate Emily States as a major contributor from last season. States won conference and eventually made it to state last season.

Last year conference winners Anmol Patel and Paige Kent both look to build off their own impressive seasons from last year and also make it to state. But those are not the only players that the Hawks look to lean on this year. Senior Jackie Jozefiak and Natalie Parrish are returning. Also sophomore Georgia Cline will be a contributor.

The team has also made strides in being positive and having great attitudes.

“Everyone’s attitudes have gotten better, they all want to win a lot more than they did last year,” said Patel.

In addition to talented singles players, the Hawks also have great double teams as well.
