On April 18, 2017, President Donald Trump arrived in Kenosha, Wis. Trump made a stop at the headquarters of a 
Wisconsin-based tool manufacturer, Snap-On Inc. He called his arrival “buy American and hire American.” The visit was designed to show the importance of manufacturing to the nation’s future. Snap-On officials said in a statement that Trump’s visit is “an encouraging development in highlighting the essential nature of American manufacturing to our nation’s future.”
As a spectator watching people protest or support Trump, it was quite interesting. From my perspective through a camera lense, many people are not satisfied with our current presidency. But on the other hand, there are lot of very pleased citizens. Many people spoke their voice, some listened, some yelled, but the most interesting part was the ability to see the diversity in our society.
Being a part of this moment of history was something very unique. I didn’t have very high expectations or anticipation before I went. But once I was there and in action, it was enjoyable and definitely something I will not forget.
